Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the plan you choose, with a phone number, calls, US and Canada SMS, and the plan's AI credits included. You add a card to start, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is billed. The trial is limited to one per person.
Personal and Business are priced per team member: a Business team of three pays 3 × $149 a month. Adding a teammate adds a seat at the plan price for the rest of the period; removing one credits the unused time. Each user also adds to your calling and texting allowance, which is shared by the whole team: three Business users get 7,500 call minutes and 7,500 texts a month to use however you like.
Personal includes 800 call minutes and 800 US/Canada texts per user each month; Business includes 2,500 of each per user. That covers calls you answer or make yourself, forwarded calls and texts in both directions. We email you at 80%. If your team reaches the limit, calls and texts pause until you upgrade or your plan renews. Enterprise has no cap. See our Fair Use Policy for details.
Credits are only used when the AI agent handles a call. One AI minute costs 150 credits, so 45,000 credits is 300 minutes of AI conversation. Forwarded calls and calls you take yourself never use credits; they count toward your calling minutes instead. If you run out of credits, extra AI time is billed from your prepaid balance at $0.15/min on Personal and $0.12/min on Business.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you’ll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Personal plans include email support with a 24-hour response time. Business plans get priority support with a 4-hour response time via email and chat. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and phone support with a 1-hour response SLA.
