  • Google account data (when using Google Sign-In): name, email, profile picture
  • Google Calendar data (when calendar integration is authorized): event titles, times, availability
  • Call metadata: caller phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, call direction
  • Device information: browser type, OS, IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our AI voice agent services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud
  • Train and improve our AI models (with anonymized data only)

3. Call Recording & Transcription

JagCall records and transcribes calls handled by AI agents for quality assurance, analytics, and service improvement purposes. Call recordings are stored securely and retained according to your account settings. You are responsible for complying with local call recording laws and obtaining necessary consent from callers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, telephony)
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) as needed
  • Law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights
  • Third-party integrations you explicitly connect (CRM, calendars, etc.)

We use the following service providers to operate our platform:

  • Twilio — Phone calls, SMS messaging, phone number management
  • OpenAI — AI language models for voice agents
  • Anthropic — AI language models for voice agents
  • Deepgram — Speech-to-text transcription
  • ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech voice synthesis
  • Cartesia — Text-to-speech voice synthesis
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Google — Authentication (Sign-In) and Calendar integration

Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide their service and is bound by their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

5. Google API Services User Data

When you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, we access your Google data as follows:

  • Google Sign-In: We access your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
  • Google Calendar: If you authorize calendar integration, we access your calendar events and availability to enable AI agents to book appointments on your behalf.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google data to provide and improve the JagCall services you have authorized.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • We do not use Google data for purposes unrelated to the functionality you authorized.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations with aggregated and anonymized data.

You can revoke JagCall's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing JagCall, or by disconnecting the integration in your JagCall Settings.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2 compliance, regular security audits, and role-based access controls. For more details, visit our Security page.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings are retained based on your plan settings (default: 90 days). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.

For EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics cookies to improve our service. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Authentication session tokens, security tokens (required for the service to function)
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (to understand usage patterns and improve our service). You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

10. Children's Privacy

JagCall is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
