Profile
Under Profile, update your name, email, and timezone. Your timezone matters — it's used when interpreting call schedules and reporting, so set it correctly.
Company
The Company section holds your company details and billing address. These appear on invoices, so keep them current.
Security
- Change password — update your sign-in password at any time.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — add a second step at login. During setup you'll get recovery codes — store them somewhere safe so you can get back in if you lose your device.

Two-factor authentication is the single best way to protect your account and your callers' data. Enable it and save your recovery codes before you need them.
Team & roles
Invite teammates from Members by entering their email and choosing a role. You can change roles or remove members later.

| Owner | Full control of the organization, including billing and members. |
| Admin | Manage agents, numbers, and day-to-day settings. |
| Member | Everyday access — optionally restricted to specific phone numbers. |
Limit members to specific numbers
When inviting a member, you can restrict them to specific phone numbers — handy when different teams or locations each own their own line.
