In-progress calls updating in real time, with live duration and stats. Listen in on an active call to monitor your agent.

Past calls with transcripts and recordings, plus dashboards for volume, cost, and sentiment.

Contacts (Phonebook)

Your contact book — add people manually or import a CSV, with names, tags, and notes.

What you see depends on your role and plan

Some areas — like platform-wide settings and admin tools — are only visible to organization owners or superadmins. Your day-to-day account and company settings live under Profile.
