Integrations
Connect JagCall to your CRM, calendar, automation tools, and payment processor from the Integrations page.
Available integrations

Using a CRM from an agent
Once Workiz or Frubix is connected, open an agent's Functions section and click Add Function to enable its actions — for example looking up a customer by phone or creating an appointment. If you disconnect the CRM, agents using its functions stop working.
Connecting a calendar to an agent
Once you've connected a calendar here, select it in an agent's Calendar Integration setting (see AI agents). The agent can then check open slots and book appointments during a call.
