Billing & credits
JagCall runs on prepaid credit. You top up a balance, and calls and SMS draw from it as they happen — no surprise monthly bill for usage.
Service pauses at a zero balance
Calls and SMS stop when your balance reaches zero. Set a low-balance warning and keep a buffer topped up so your agents never go quiet.
Overview tab
- Current balance — your available prepaid credit.
- Low Balance Warning — set a threshold and get notified before you run out.
- Top up — add credit with a top-up package or a quick top-up, paid securely through Stripe checkout.
Subscriptions tab
Manage the SMS monthly subscription here — enable it to activate texting on your numbers, or cancel it when you no longer need SMS. (Per-message and per-minute usage still draws from your prepaid balance.)
Payment Methods tab
Add and manage the cards used for top-ups and subscriptions.
Transactions tab
Review every charge and download receipts and invoices for your records. The billing address on your Company profile appears on these documents.
Right-size your first top-up
Add a small amount to test end to end, then top up a larger buffer once you go live. Use the low-balance warning so refills are never a scramble.
